This is the perfect way to hide and get people to leave you alone in public. I love it.

The ULTIMATE camouflage. People won't even LOOK at you - except sideways!

I would also just love to go back to the six foot rule in general because people are gross! This costume would help immensely.

I'm still social distancing (except last week when I was out for a curry with my ex-work/gaming friends). But being retired certainly helps! I'm still amazed that it's coming up to 3 YEARS without a cold. Now THAT I can live with!! [grin]

Lucky you! That's great. Aside from actually having Covid in July, neither Eleanor nor I have had colds or anything else since then and we will definitely NOT be getting Covid again. What a nightmare! Mainly because I had an completely outwardly healthy child who had no symptoms and would not sit still the entire time she was sick.

Two of my friends had covid recently. Both were pretty ill for a few days. So far I've dodged THAT particular bullet. Never say never though, right? [grin] I'm bound to get some kind of bug eventually. Although I always say that resistance is never futile.

Sorry to hear they were so ill; with all the mutations who knows how effective vaccines will be. I was able to get Paxlovid while I had Covid, which I think helped a lot. The side effect of the medication was that it tasted like I had been eating pennies the entire time, so that was gross, but I did not die! And realistically I knew that I was unlikely to get a serious case of Covid, with being vaccinated and having no underlying health conditions. But as a single mom, I was terrified of the 'what if', because if something happens to me, she has to live with her dad and that is something neither of us want.
