Total surprise here too. Most of the pulp covers I post are from the 30's-50's and reflect the attitude to women in those times - BAD! So I post them, essentially, to 'take the piss' and show how things have changed since then (a LOT). I tend not to do a whole lot of research for each cover - so thanks for prompting me to do so here. The things you learn from the Internet... [grin]

Wow! I had no idea. I’ve never taken a gender studies course, so I’m not familiar with a lot.
